    First of all I have to say that I love your blog! It’s so inspiring! I recently found it and got caught in ideas! I just started working in a little, very traditional café here in Mainz (Germany). We sell freshly ground coffee, tea, marmalade, biscuits, spices and all those kinds of things. And in the afternoon old ladies come to have their cup of coffee and a piece of tarte au citron. 🙂

    Now the café needs a new menu and it’s my job as I am studying design. This brings me to my question. I’ve read your post on the Dark Chocolate & Hazelnut Cinnamon Rolls. We sell rolls that look quite similar to those you make. I like the photos so much and wanted to ask you whether you would agree for me to use the first photo in the menu as it reflects the shop’s character perfectly well. I simply cannot find photos that make such a personal impression on our guests.

    I would be very glad if you accepted. And we would be happy to meet you and welcome you in our café in Gutenberg’s city of Mainz whenever you make it to Germany!
